Registration Cancellation Policy:

Registration fee is transferable (within the same registration category) until February 28, 2020 with a $99 service charge fee. Transfers will not be accepted after the deadline.

 

Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to info@plasticsurgeryconferences.com

 

Refunds will be processed based on date of cancellation, only after the Conference:

  • Cancellation requests on or before Jan 07, 2020 – full refund, less $99 service charges.
  • Cancellation requests on or before March 07, 2020 – refund 50% of registration fees.
  • Cancellations requested after April 07, 2020 – no refund.

No refunds are offered for issues beyond the control such as weather conditions, natural calamities, visa issues, travel difficulties, health issues, etc. or other conditions or circumstances beyond Conference Committee’s control.

Hotel Cancellations:

Hotel cancellations made after March 07, 2020 must be handled by the individual registrant directly with the respective hotel.

Session Seating:

Seating is limited for all session rooms and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
